Florida’s collection system action plan

Under Florida’s Clean Waterways Act and FDEP Rule 62-600.705(2), facility permittees develop a pipe assessment, repair, and replacement plan covering at least a five-year planning horizon. After the plan is submitted, the annual implementation report is due June 30 of the year following the fiscal year it covers.
