We evaluate manholes and link photos, coded observations, and rehabilitation priorities to the utility’s GIS.
Condition evaluations
We match each structure to its GIS asset and document visible conditions at the frame, cover, walls, bench, and channel. NASSCO MACP Level 2 evaluations are available when included in the project scope.
Optional Sewer3D Documentation
Where included in scope, we collect 360° imagery and process it in SewerAI Pioneer to produce a 3D model, measurable point cloud, and unfolded wall views. We review the model against the source imagery and share it with the inspection findings.
