What you receive

GIS-linked valve records and a prioritized list of assets that need follow-up.

What we do in the field

1. Locate the valve, confirm the asset ID and GPS position, and check access to the operating nut.
2. Coordinate the work sequence with the utility and exercise each valve within its approved operating limits.
3. Record turns, direction, operating condition, and torque where available. Flag valves that are buried, inaccessible, stuck, or damaged.
4. Restore the utility’s designated position and create a GIS-linked record with photos and a prioritized work list for repairs.
